We have implemented an optional feature to apply some logic to how the system determines assignment and display of Support Managed By.
With this feature on, you can cascade the assignment of Support Managed By. This will also affect what is displayed on a User’s dashboard, in regards to Placements Needing Attention.
- If you wish to have this feature enabled, please send us a request in ZenDesk and we will enable it for you.
- If “Support managed by, Placement managed by" are missing and "Jobseeker managed by” is present then the value displayed in Support managed by will be "Jobseeker managed by”.
- If “Support managed by" is present, then the value displayed in Support managed by will be “Support managed by".
- If “Support managed by, Placement managed byand Jobseeker managed by” are missing then PPS managed by is displayed as blank.
- If “Support managed by" is missing and "Placement manage by" is present, then the value displayed in Support managed by will be blank.
