Job Ready Release Notes (29/08/2023)

Hi everyone.

We are continuously bringing new improvements, security updates and features to Job Ready. We are pleased to present our latest updates.

Key Changes

New

Improved Job Match Attributes

The Job Matching feature in Job Ready has undergone significant enhancements to improve its usability and effectiveness. Users can now tag both Vacancies and Job Seekers with specific skills and requirements. This facilitates the system in suggesting potential matches based on the alignment between a job seeker and a vacancy, represented as a percentage match. This enhancement aims to assist Job Placement Officers and Job Coaches in making swift and precise decisions when placing job seekers.

For more information, please see our latest Knowledge Base article on Job Match Attribute Enhancements.

Further refinements to the user experience will be made in our next release, but the feature is now available to use.

Improved

Expanded Filtering Options

The following filters have been added to Job Ready:

  • Voluntary Activity Test requirements: now available on the Outcome and Support trackers. This multi-select filter allows users to filter for Placements based on their Voluntary Activity Test requirements.
  • Goods Received: now available on the Expenses index page. This filter allows users to filter for expenses based on whether or not the expense has been marked as "Goods Received".

Enhanced Health Program Cost Visibility

Admins can now enjoy a clearer view of health costs in a table format. Additionally, when creating Health referrals, the cost per minute or per session is now displayed.

Streamlined Expense Linking for Internal Program Referrals

Increased the linking of expenses to their related activities. Expenses have been hyperlinked for easier navigation.

Wage Histories Updates

Uploading payslips just got easier! Users can now drag and drop multiple payslips simultaneously into the Wage Histories modal.

Fixed

  • HTML Template Display Issue in Progress Payment Notes: Some users experienced an issue where Progress Payments submitted to the CCU weren't displaying correctly. This issue is now resolved and the submitted details will now display correctly.
