Job Ready users can recommend Job Seekers to professional services programs. To initiate this process, a Job Seeker needs to be referred to a program, these programs are either Allied Health or Internal programs. Once a Site Manager approves the referral, the Job Seeker's case manager can then schedule sessions with the required Allied Health professional.
Configuration and Permissions Required
Within the referral process there are some permission requirements and mandatory configuration required.
Permission Required include:
- To approve the referral, a user needs to be assigned the site manager within the site configuration modal
Configuration Required:
- Professional Service Staff members needs to be created and assigned
- Professional Services program types need to be created
- Professional Services programs need to be created

Create a Referral
Within a Job Seekers profile, select the Professional Services tab and then select either 'Allied Health Referral' or 'Internal Program'. Both of these options have the same workflow. These buttons can have separate programs assigned based on the program referral type configured in the admin settings:
Eligibility
Optionally, programs can have eligibility requirements that can be determined by completing a quest form. In this case, the 'Create Referral' button will be replace by 'Check Eligibility'. The eligibility is determined by the scoring component of a Smart Form as per the standard quest form configuration.

Approval
Once the referral has been created and the Job Seeker is Eligible, the Site Manager as configured in the admin settings needs to approve the referral.
Next Steps
Now that the referral is approved, sessions can be booked and approved. Activities and expenses are then attributed against each session.
