User Roles & Permissions cut-over reminder
A friendly reminder to Job Ready administrators that the cutover date for the new User Roles & Permissions changes has been extended to Tuesday, 14 May 2024.
If you have not already done so, your organisation should now create their roles in Admin Settings > Users & Roles. Please ensure at least one of your roles has the 'This is an Admin role' toggle switched on.
You can then assign your roles in bulk by clicking Manage Users and selecting Assign Roles to Users from the bulk actions menu.
Maximum user roles has been increased from 10 to 12
Following feedback from our Admin user community, we have increased the maximum number of roles that can be created in Job Ready from 10 to 12.

Expense API Endpoints
We have expanded our API Endpoint offering. The following actions can now be completed via our API:
- Retrieve a list of expenses
- Create an attachment
- Create a note for a single expense
- Update expense line item
- Update invoice details
Fixed
- The Expenses index page was slow to update in some circumstances. This issue is now resolved, and the index page should now more reliably update as individual expenses are updated.
